WHO OWNS KANGAROO ZOO?
All the Kangaroo Zoos are now owned and operated by a local mom with 4 kids, and her husband helps out!
HOW MUCH IS ADMISSION?
Our admission is always $10 per child (ages 4+), children 3 and under are only $5. Your admission at Kangaroo Zoo is good for one whole day (during operating hours). If you’d like to return during the same day, please get your child’s hand stamped or wrist band at the front desk.
ARE SHOES ALLOWED IN THE PLAY AREA?
Because little hands touch the floor, we ask that all adults and children remove their shoes at the door. Socks are required.
WHAT IF I FORGET SOCKS?
Kangaroo Zoo sells socks at the front counter in the event you forget. Socks are required to be worn by children and adults.
CAN I DROP MY CHILD OFF TO PLAY?
Our Zoo requires adult supervision at all times. No drop-offs allowed.
WHAT IS A WAIVER AND WHY DO YOU USE THEM?
Save time and fill your waiver out online before you come in, make sure to add all your kids so your whole family is good to go. The waivers will expire in 12 months from signing. The waivers are a reminder that guests know that we’re a play at your own risk facility.
IS THERE A PLACE TO SIT?
We want parents to enjoy their time at Kangaroo Zoo. We have comfortable seating and free WiFi.
CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD?
No outside food is permitted at Kangaroo Zoo. Each location offers different food options, currently the North Salt Lake location is the only location with a full menu with the franchise Noble Roman’s Pizza.
CAN I CELEBRATE A BIRTHDAY WITHOUT A RESERVATION?
Thank you for your understanding, but we DO NOT allow cake, balloons, gifts or other items in our Zoo without a party reservation.
CAN I GO ON THE INFLATABLES WITH MY CHILD?
Yes, adults are welcome to assist their children if needed.
CAN WE BRING ALCOHOL IN?
We don’t allow alcohol at our facility. This is for the safety of our guests.
